Area Manager
An Area Manager supervises the field work of “hang, finish, and spray”. Our operating territory is very large, central Florida, so the exact location of an opening may not be available until the completion of training. An AM must live in the area, in which they are assigned. Perspective candidates, who are flexible, as to location, will be considered first for hire. The fact that a candidate is limited to a particular area does not preclude being offered a position. AM’s must have the technical field experience in one or all of the three areas of supervision (hang, finish, spray) and an excellent working knowledge of all three. All applicants will need a high level of organizational and people skills to excel in this position. You must have the ability to work and solve the problems in your area without the intervention of management. All this must be done to the complete satisfaction of the client. A “polished” personal appearance and communication skills are a must. Our “AM’s”, who prove to have management skills will be our first selection for higher management positions. The search for management talent and ability is now and will remain in the future to be our first priority. Additional areas of experience which will be viewed as a plus: college degrees (or some part there of), residential home construction (superintendent) experience, computer literacy, and fluent in Spanish.

Looking for a salesperson for our East Coast Division.
Salesperson is responsible for the sale of all Residential products, including servicing existing accounts, development of new customers, and will play an integral role of the growth and prosperity of the company. A salesperson with Residential Drywall needs to be goal oriented and work well both independently and as part of a team. A pleasant personality and polished appearance, the ability to communicate well with people and problem-solving skills are a must. Furthermore, closing a builder can take weeks or several months and thus requires patience and perseverance.
